TIPS for Using the Property Search       This new version is simple, all you need to know is what city you want to look in and a low & high range of price to get the search started.  You can narrow down the number of houses returned by modifying the number of bed rooms, bathrooms, and or square footage to getclose to exactly what it is you are looking for.   Once you have located a home or homes, just give me a call or drop me an e-mail to the provided link and I can return a more detailed collection of info and will be more than happy to set up a showing.  I also offer updates by e-mail to keep you apprised of new listings in your search criteria that show up  in the MLS before any means of advertising.        And as always, you can opt-out at any time and receive no more e-mails just by filling out the opt-out form or by e-mailing me at opt-out@LorainCountyHomeSales.com
